I explained to him that I had high expectations for any realtor we used and he wasn't intimated by that at all. He actually welcomed the opportunity to be of service and he didn't disappoint. The house we ended up purchasing was viewed by Kyle and our young adult kids while we face timed from Colorado. We put in an offer sight unseen by us personally. Communication was extremely important since we were located across the country. Kyle was open to texting, phone calls, and e-mails. His response time was excellent. Kyle would find out answers to our questions quickly. He thought of negotiable items that we didn't think of (and we are experienced home buyers). She also had awesome ideas for renovations at homes if I didn't like something about the room. If I wanted to look at a house she found me an appointment quickly, and if we went in she'd give me her honest opinion without pushing her ideas.
